Can you make dragon leap and its morphs like unrelenting grip so that if if my wings pop out and detach from my spine, I will be refunded the ultimate I just used?

✭Could they change dragon leap to actually sticky target a player like meteor does so that it is actually useful at range. Being able to roll dodge this even in melee is ridiculous especially considering how low the damage on it is.
My DK 100 points into Mighty 34k stam, 3900 weapon damage buffed: Take Flight 110 ult 21k damage.
