ZOS's tactics of resolving issues

SO I have submitted a ticket about a reward drop issue in weekly rewards mail, I got reply that one of the special team will contat me and resolve this issue, also there was that auto response that states "if no response in 4 days we will assume that the issue is resolved", 1 week gone, no contact and issue has been closed already. So is this ZOS's way of solving the issues????

    Can you explain the technical issue that needs to be resolved?

    Sounds like you just want more stuff.

    This isn't an "issue" - it's just your preferences and opinion.

    I personally think everyone should get a purple piglet every 5 levels, but it is not an "issue"

    My game crashed when i was fighting final boss (when boss hp is 70%) in SO (When SO was weekly), and my grp members already killed the boss by the time i logged back in and they all got into leaderboard (all 10, one other also got into same situation as me). And there wasnt even 100 positions in leaderboard in that week, I dint get credit for completion or the leaderboard position, So i asked for the leaderboard position, no reply, after the weekly ended i just that got the automated response, so i sent multiple tickets for this same issue and all of them are closed with the reason repetition, for that one ticket which was still open i got reply that "Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited support team with your issue regarding not receiving your weekly reward. After review, this has been escalated to a specialized team for further investigation. A member of that team will contact you as soon as possible." (3/17/15) and no reply so far, now they closed the ticket stating that no response for 4 days, so, now tell me, is it wrong for me to ask for the leaderboard position in this case.

    I just started one ticket just to give a try, but their way of treating this issue made me more frustrated and send ore tickets, now I am at a point I wont let it go tat much easily without a solution (yes or no - to the leaderboard reward)

    They did that too me before I sent an email back with
    "I Like blueberries on my Waffles"
    And they messaged me back solving my problem

    Yeah , I placed myself in vDSA weekly and didn't get anything because it is bugged . I wouldn't be mad if this happened only once . I didn't get a single item for 4 times . Even though there were several topics in the forum , they didn't get any answer from admins .This is clearly not an issue . You are right , we are just greedy players who like to spend their time in non-scaled raids to get nothing at all .

    If it were me I would focus on the leaderboard credit. I'd find out how to reopen a ticket that has been closed but not solved, I would focus on that ticket and say someone escalated it in importance and promised to get back to you but didn't.

    I don't think "building a case" with other things with help get a better response to the leaderboard issue.

    That's just my opinion, though. I could be wrong.

    may be, but when tat frustration combined with 10 crashes in an hour, made me send more and more tickets, i couldnt help it

    If you reply to the email ticket, it should reopen it so that an agent can take a look and address your issue. Please be aware that submitting additional tickets on the matter may delay a response further, but you can always reopen a ticket that has not been addressed. Thank you for your patience!

    So by 2017 I will get a response from your team, right?? SO i have to keep waiting with this ticket until then, this BS, this game sucks and customer support sucks more than this game, and you guys destroyed an excellent game franchise (elder scrolls). I dont think there is gonna be another installation in ES series becuase of this BS game
