Whats there to explain a few people complained on these forums and it got nerfed so thank you TESO community for ruining the fun times yet again.

Shame that doesn't work for toppling charge, PvP lag, and other game breaking flaws. I've noticed a bug whilst in cyrodiil that actually benefits our usual 3 man group, not a chance will I post it in here for them to instantly nerf it haha

Careful bragging about exploiting bugs. It's against the ToS and could earn you a ban. I hope it does, too.

Who is to say it is a bug, if somebody uses something and it affects me, then I'm not the exploiter, I'm just a victim to ZoS's never ending fault train. Now, now, easy does does it tiger lol... Don't get bent out of shape, I apologise If I insulted your hard up nature for you to wish such TERRIBLE things upon me hahaha. Here ... Have a cookie :D

Who's to say it's a bug? YOU DID. IN YOUR OWN POST. And added you were exploiting it to your advantage. If you are, I hope you get your comeuppance. If you're just full of hot air, then don't complain when people take you up on it.

Come on now, no tears today please... Regarding whether it is a bug or not - 1 thing is for certain, it'll be in the game for the next 3-5 months hahahaha

I really think the pendulum swung too far in the other direction. There has to be a happy middle-ground between "spawns so often people camp the locations" and "virtually nonexistent and when you find them you get crap loot."

Okay, you people released this DLC with a minor feature being these treasure troves. There was some sort of crap where they spawned too quickly or whatever the heck you guys did and now you overnerfed it to the point where they just do not exist anymore. Can you people please get your act together. Why even put these in if they aren't going to be around?

I actually feel regret over buying DLC by this company. In most cases I say oh *** it, it's just 20 bucks. However, Zenimax's DLC changes and edits or whatever they call it; I am just feeling like I actually may have eaten dirt instead of a pizza I ordered.

I am a bit confused... because you start by saying that it's a 'minor' feature, which means it is probably not even something you'd miss if they didn't have it... and yet by the end you're saying that you regret buying the DLC because they adjusted the respawn rate. I hate to break it to you, but this IS an MMO and MMOs deal with balancing on a regular basis... whether it be buffing or nerfing. If this isn't something you can accept, then perhaps a single-player game might be more to your liking.

You say you're confused but then go on to state your opinion as absolute fact in the most un-confused manner, smh. If you are trying suggest a 'balancing' update every 3-5 months, if not longer, is a 'regular basis' then you are are seriously mistaken.

I agree with the OP, but also when it comes to LITTLE things like treasure troves, 'balancing' comes into play straight away ... When it comes to game breaking flaws like abilities not working as they should since the games release, nothing gets done - regular basis you say.... Azura star was unplayably laggy, to fix it they made it non CP so now only a hand full play that campaign hence FIXED LAG IN AZURA hahaha, their 'fix' to shield stacking was shield breaker haha, their fix to too many people playing in the arena district was add NPCS who respawn constantly, their fix to toppling charge was to break all other gap closers, their fix to ball groups was to lower AP as of 18 months of ball grouping wasn't enough AP to buy whatever vendor set piece they wanted .. twice, now ball groups have gotten worse because they're all grouping to farm for the new rewards of the worthy! These things would be accepted as 'Regularly balanced' IF they were brought to us once every 2 weeks and time was spent actually rebalancing their mistakes, fair enough but it does not take 3-5 months to come up with these 'fixes' it's laughable.

You seem more than happy to chow down on the manure this company are feeding you, and talk as if you're eating cotton candy...maybe a career in politics would suit you alongside MMO's...

Nice to see you trying to turn this into another PvP whine thread... but please note, there is a difference between tweaking respawn rates of treasure chests and making major skill or technology changes. If you're such an awesome game developer, as mentioned in your "... fair enough but it does not take 3-5 months to come up with these 'fixes' it's laughable" comment, then perhaps you should start your own game.

You can still farm troves. They work now basically like chests do. You can farm chests as well. Not one every minute or two like troves used to be but you can still find them. They still spawn in the same locations as before.

They should really increase the spawns up more. They have gone from too common to too rare. Not like it was ever a problem in the first place, since the items in there aren't too valuable in the first place...

All I can say is this.

Once TG launched I saw these troves were quite common and though to myself, "I want that sweet sweet loot". I purchased the TG and even though I enjoy TG for what it is I rarely see even one of these troves on a whole map anymore.

It may have been a bug, but it was the deciding factor for my purchase, and for that they loose credibility. If I was to give them some advise it would be to fix these "bugs" while still on the PTS so as to not advertise a feature that is not fully flushed out.

PC or Console? I'm on PC and I see them in pretty much every zone. Look for the blue glow. Though it can trick you and it could be a Lorebook instead (which I don't particularly like).

Ditto I'm on PC and I find them without even looking for them.

Found three while I was questing today within an hour. They were in rather obscure locations but my quests led me right to the area and the glow and noise made them easy to spot after that.

I prefer the way it is now to the way it was before. However, I do think that they should change it so that you have to take everything or nothing - no leaving only lockpicks behind. Or the trove should just disappear if anything at all is taken.

There was never sweet sweet loot in them lol. Who told you that? There was like 75 gold. maybe a couple pots and sometimes a large shipment. the large shipment can be worth 400-1000 gold depend on the rng. There was also a small chance to get certain gear sets but they are easily purchased for the equivalent of pennies from guild stores.

I think they're fine as is. They are a decent bonus when noticed while doing other things. I think that's how they were intended to be implemented. I don't think it was ever intended for collecting troves to be anything close to a primary activity.

IMO, the true reason they were implemented is to serve as DLC bait in other zones. "if you want what's in me, you have to sub or buy the dlc....." They really have no gameplay value.

This is not big issue for me, but after thet corrected the spawn time, I feel the treasure is not quite worth it. For excample last throve I found had 11 gold, a few lockpicks and and an escape draugh. Earlier I thought treasures were much more exciting.

I've lost my interest on throves, but other content in TG I enjoy.

They still contain the same stuff. The only thing changed is how quickly they respawn. Loot hasnt changed.

Not worth what? Looting? So if you happen to run by one, you're not going to loot it? I have a fair amount of gold, yet I'll stop to loot them to sell to Pirharri. I don't see how they're not worth it.

I think it's more accurate to say it's not worth it to stand next to a Trove while watching tv and looting it every few minutes. Good.

Yeah, it's kind of pathetic in my opinion as to how toxic these children have become without parental supervision. When people online have lower intellect, they often resort to the argument that you should do it yourself if you don't like it. Sure, that makes sense when the first person said it, but we're paying customers and that particular dynamic is much altered.
