Hamfast✭✭✭✭Stealing like that is done in any town in a zone of the proper level, but the gear is not dropped often. On the other hand, you can murder some mobs, pick the chests strewn about the zone and so on to find the proper gear...
Then again, you could also try either learning Tailoring or make friends with a tailor and make itOf all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...0
