Okay but why should ZOS cater to those kinds of guilds specifically?
Because those guilds are done gearing up now, bored, and want to turn off the spigot for everyone else to prolong their dominance. This is skyreach catacombs all over again.
It's not a complaint nor a kudos thread, just an observation.

In the title of the thread, you are complaining that it is "too easy" - you really prefer pvp rewards filled with lots of useless stuff?
Players that participate in a lot of endgame PVE content have always acquired dropped set items relatively frequently, while those who primarily spend time in PVP got mostly decon stuff until recently. This is a change for the better.

And yet you've spent the last hour on this thread when you've could have been working for your set.
It's either you're in one of these guilds or you just don't PVP much. Which is it?
Don't hate the player, hate the game

My point is- that TG patch requires far less work now and will require far less to do later on down the road.(PVP side at least)
Sure it's good now, but don't cry to Zeni when you've got nothing else to work for. Not saying you would personally, just saying in general.

Come back when you actually start addressing the substance of my arguments instead of just making personal attacks.
The title of your post claims you think the drop rate of PvP items is too high. This implies that a correction (read: nerf to drop rates or trash gear dilution) should take place. An observation ceases to be a mere observation when you know it will be interpreted as a policy suggestion. I am explaining the disadvantages for the economy and for more casual players if such a correction did take place.
So far, beside all of your Ad hominem, the only rhetoric I could possibly count as responsive to mine is that everyone should play more and PvP more and if everyone did that, they would have all the gear then ever needed.
So what happens if ZOS reads this and knee-jerk nerfs the PvP rewards into oblivion? Now the people who are just starting PvP or just getting to V16 will have to grind twice or maybe even ten times as hard as you did due to the nerf. All the while you have an advantage of better gear that you farmed at a lower drop rate.
So new players have to work harder to catch up, while old players say "Grind it like I did newbs!" Except that they didn't grind as hard because it wasn't nerfed initially.
That's the EXACT SAME THING that happened with champion points. All those players saying, "put in your time, and you can be as good as me" ground up CP in skyreach when enlightenment was bugged. This is just another way to create power castes in PvP.

If you spend all day running veteran dungeons and trials, you will accumulate a fair bit of useful gear. Why should spending all day in PVP be any different?
It's these extremely liberal and open minded theories, just like yours(Everyone matters crap), that makes the newbies win and get what they want every damn time.
There I said it.

You want something, anything that gives older, more established players significant advantages over newer players. Even though a lot of new players have already gotten all their gear, turning off the spigot now will at least give you someone to feel superior to - which will help internally justify your time investment in this game.
In any other MMO, where the combat and gear system is riddled with RNG and based on stats, I would agree with you. But in this game (sans lag) the combat system is so dynamic and nuanced that we can actually have MMO combat based on player skill instead of just seniority, gear dominance, and RNG.
Back in my day we had to walk to school up hill both ways to get endgame gear! Now these young whippersnappers can get geared up in a matter of weeks. It ain't fair I tellz ya!
Except you didn't walk up hill both ways. All do had to do was blob up and mash prox det. The "new group" of "old players" includes anyone who started PvPing when the TG update came out. This means you don't really care who is in what group as long as there is someone lower than you to step on.
This game and its combat system is better than that.

Your assumptions are absolutely ridiculous.
For one, I don't use proxy det or the other one.
You're assuming things that I have no clue where you're getting your info from.
Just stop.
You clearly don't know what you're talking about.
Go in to Cyrodiil and maybe your stubborness will fade away. Hopefully. Crosses fingers.

Maybe you should leave cyrodiil occasionally and go take a debate class. Arguing with you is tedious because you ignore the substance of all of my arguments and just make personal attacks. Nowhere in your cherry picking pettifoggery did you even address my concerns about the health of PvP (which like it or not depends on new players), the health of the economy (which you just dismissed entirely without any direct refutation), or the unfairness to new players if everyone up to this point was able to get new gear easily then suddenly no one else was. You clearly only care about yourself, and you have gotten what you want already. Now you are trying to stop the gravy train for everyone else.
Maybe you should try growing some hair on those peaches before crying about petty things.

For someone who ostensibly claims you don't want this game to turn into a "Call of Duty casual gaming style nightmare," you certainly know how to lower the quality of a discussion down to COD Standards.

As for the new vendor-
200k ap or 99k gold isn't that bad IMO either. You going for VD set or something else?
