So..this bug isn't actually in-game, but appears to be with the forums themselves?

I was getting dragged into a fairly unhealthy debate with a troll the other evening, so I decided to block the guy, both to disengage and to see how that function worked on this forum. Once I determined that I could no longer see his posts, and would therefore not be tempted to reply to them by my stupid, stupid brain, I turned off my computer and began browsing the forums from my phone before bed.

Turns out, my phone didn't realize he was blocked. There's no mobile web site, so I was just viewing the full web site from my phone (a Galaxy S6; in case it matters), and I was definitely logged into my account on my phone, and I've just now checked and the guy is still blocked, and therefore was blocked at the time...

So yeah. Not sure what that is. If there's more information you need, uh...PM me, I guess? And if there's nothing you can do about that issue...uhhh...well, now you know about it, at least..? I guess? o_o?

• Sorc ultimate ability Energy overload randomly bugs up and stops working half of the time. During this time, clicking the mouse button will not result in any attacks, essentially robbing your ultimate from you
• occasionally the entire game bugs, and you cannot use any item you find in the world. This means if you find an oak log, or a tome, you cannot use the tome until the game has been reset.

I was on the quest in Riften to kill Sinmur, this was in the past couple of days. There was a small party, myself and Jorunn the Skald-King, plus others. One was a mage who stood next to a round stone table of some kind.

She raised her hand to release a spell that was colored and hit the top of that table. When I got close enough to run my cursor over it, it indicated I should hit E, which I did, and when our "spells" combined, a beam shot out of the stuff on top of the table and hit Sinmur.

It damaged him and lowered his health. after that, we all went after Sinmur. I kept looking at the mage waiting for a repeat performance, and although her hand was raised, that spell she was supposed to release, never showed again.

After that, the fight turned into this long Kite Fest, kiting Sinmur around the small area, and me trying to stay out of his melee reach (I was playing an imperial Templar - ranged). The entire fight was really annoying as I was trying to let the rest of the party "tank" for me, but that didn't work. It did on and off, but as soon as my first spell hit him, he was after me and ignored the others.

Really missed the mage's help in this fight. Took about 15-20 minutes to finish it.

I've noticed with the thieves guild update the soul summons passive no longer works. As many times as I press the A button nothing happens and I have to go to a way shrine since I can't use soul gems to revive myself with.

On the 64 bit client, using a potion while I'm combat is clunky.

well it seems the update have messed up the self-revival since on my vet16 cant revive herself (even if i got 20 full grand soul gems) after being killed by a mob and bosses after they not aggro anymore (when they reset)

also players on gamefaqs also experience that bug

I think the engine guardian Proc rate is higher than 10 percent, from the looks of it some people are able to get it to proc 100 percent of the time. Similar to the 100 percent axe bug from the previous patch.
