The Positive Thread

Those of us who have been here since beta on PC have seen MASSIVE changes and improvements to the game. I remember a lot of the quests were bugged and could not be completed, I remember being randomly booted, sometimes multiple times in a row, I remember bots farming all the bosses so you couldn't get in enough damage to get credit, and so forth. Even a lot of the people who constantly complain on the forum have been here for that long. They wouldn't have stayed if it was as bad as they say, they must think that constant complaining will make the devs fix things faster and they want it fixed so they can keep going. It's nice to have one thread where we are supposed to share the positive experiences. Let's bring up issues in the other threads (and use the in-game feedback for bug reports) so the devs know what to work on. I do see people start threads where they bring up glitches and the devs respond and fix it, so there is a need to post issues, just not here.

I like how there is basically no legendary-uber-super-power-endgame weapons. Just different builds and sets. Even though it miss some of the ES weapons. But i can play offline Solo games for that.

I like how ZOS Support always replied to all my tickets and tried to solve all my problems. And they did in time.

I like how my friends can rant about bugs in this game for hours.

I like all the funny situations that this game got me into. My character riding in the ground. Me being dead but still alive running around. My invisible friends all the small funny moments.

The dancing, the castlefights, the dungeon bosses, the shady NPCs but most of all i like...

...to play with my friends.

ESO is a great game, it's just one of the most beautiful games I have ever played. The weather effects, the time taken to dress rooms, the funny and moving stories. I have loved every minute. Now I am really loving the TTG. Brilliant story line and the heists are really good.

PvP can be a mess sometimes but when it's good, it rocks! Had some of the best times I have ever played in an online game EVAH! And I've been a gamer since video games began.

I like that the "meta" changes every so often.

It's a nice reflection of life, of sorts, things change.

I like that weird winged jumping frog thing pet.... have bought him for Broken Branch Toothmaul, but still haven't enabled, justified using him.

I've been playing nearly every day and been subbed since PC release, and in that time I don't believe I've ever "complained" about the game on the forums (that doesn't mean I haven't reported bugs, asked if behaviors are intended, made suggestions, etc)! Yeah, I like it!

ESO has totally worked for me as a rabid solo sneaky player. There's quite a number of things I'd love to see brought over to the main ES series.

These forums arent just for professionalism.If that were the case they wouldnt be here.Gina can be as friendly as she wishes,which is a lot.
As to this game being like the titanic,..nope.
ESO is actually a one off.Much different than other MMOs and it is amazing.Yes,there are problems,mostly for PvPers though.
There is no way to even begin to tell all the work and time that went into all the awesome things incorporated into this game.How much so many of us appreciate their work,which,I might add took years to accomplish.

ESO's combat mechanics are my favorite among all MMO's, PvP can get messy with the lag and all but I really hope this will improve in time

One aspect I really love about ESO is the fact that the devs do ESO Live and do a live broadcast on Twitch.tv talking about upcoming addtions/changes/patch notes and other inside scoops from the studio behind the game. Not only is this a good customer relations tactic but it actually makes me feel like the developers care about the state and lifecycle of the game.

So thank you ZOS for all your hardwork on the game and your wonderful ESO live broadcasts.
