I find second part of your comment, about no CP campaign completely oposite of what i think. Actually i find new Azura amazing, probably best thing that happened in PvP for over a year. There is no more, everyone has everything. I could have 5k WD with 2.5k stamina and 1.5 mag regen. I could gank ppl with 2 shots and sustain myself indefenetly in fights. Now with no CP you can go one or the other, but not both, and that is what we needed.

You're in the minority that campaign never has much happening you always see it at two maybe three bars when True Flames has three locked bars. A lot of people wanted a cp free campaign then hated the non cp campaign with the increase cost of everything it makes the game harder for non min max races.
All cost outside of ultimates were increased with a sight decrease in recovery now take into account the change to rolling and blocking and you have the reason Azura's Star is the driest campaign.
Ganking takes little resources you get tre jump on them and have time to buff up its not a resource intensive role till you get outnumbered.

On EU, Azura is just as populated as Trueflame - which only means one thing, the player base very happily loves to PvP without CP, it also is a huge benefit to new players (never seen the amount of fresh blood in Cyro as after the TG PvP changes) as they are not instantly greeted with min/maxers with capped CP and cheesy one shot mechanics.
One-shots no longer happen, sustaining is now key.

Well, a lot of people left, then more did even if it seemed fun because there was no one to play with, and on PC-NA it was all yellow with sporadic revolts by blue and red.P.S. Remember how so many ppl asked for "Bring back soft caps, its stupid we can stack all our stats so high.", and when they brought no CP Azura, most of them fled to Trueflame and Ebon, because they cant play without their CPs.

This multiplier is great when you can run it to enemies it keeps you on edge but when you can farm with no fear it's game breaking as you could get a near unlimited amount if stones. The Ter Var multiplier should have been modified to account for this.
That camp was removed one NA PC at least seemingly for that reason.
The same is happening now with the Non CP camp it's boring and near unplayable the changes to all power's cost to account for the Champion System are still in play. Attack, heals and effects were made more expensive cause of the cost reduction stars. Stamina defenses like blocking and rolling it trash without CP no block or roll cost reductions or stamina recovery boost yet it has the same penalties that are in place for the CP system.
You can't just Gate access a campaign or just turn off CP if you changed the base game or if you don't change the DLC's base code. Non CP camps are taking the games CP penalties to keep the system relatively while taking none of the benefits. If you want a change to work you have to do something adjust the cost of abilities without the champion system.
