Recommend me a new GPU for Laptop

Hello as of Thieves Guild update I cant play this game no more on my laptop. I contacted support and they say I need a new Graphic Card. My question is which Graphic Card should I get. My Laptop is HP EliteBook 8530W and I don't know what GPU can I use.

Please help me select a new Graphic card so I can enjoy this game again. Thank you in advance since I am not too good with knowledge about Laptops I hope you can recommend some GPU´s that can run this game(Just run I don't mean to play it in High sett. or anything I just want to play this game and my budget isn't that great HAHA ! ! !)

eniaios✭Mine's got R5 M330 and runs on medium graphics. You can get that GPU with relatively cheap laptops, but make sure you also get a decent CPU and at least 6GB of RAM.0
