I don't think you understand his level of frustration...how many mails have you gotten since this patch? I bet it's a mere faction compared to what crown has gotten...it's all the crap traits and crap gear pieces (see Leki's fire staff with defending) that he's frustrated with

We've made about 500 reward mails between us, and have the data from other peoples' >1,600 reward mails. The statistics on a sample size of over 2,000 has about 4% of reward mails providing something that people will actually use effectively in PvP.

We have our sets for all of our characters. What frustrates me is that so few people outside of the very high AP earners can get them on their own, and those people who spend the same amount of time farming gold in PvE as we do playing PvP can just buy their sets on the first day - as PvP players are usually starved for gold (since PvP boxes and vendor gear are of zero value any more and we buy most of our pots).

We've been trading the set items that people (I play with / am in guild with) want for 50% of their MM value in gold upgrade mats (which is what I need these days) or simply for future consideration when there's something we want.

qq oh no that's terrible Hell ZOS needs to send him all sharpened precise maelstrom weapons and all in game impen set pieces immediately.

Maybe they can change name for tournie or make copy paste characters. The funniest would be if zos cranks their stats and one shots u guys talkin all this trash, they could do that u know.

ZOS_player1 comment: i could not break free due to a bug i have encountered. i was unable to anti CC skills but i still couldve casted other skills - will be fixed with DB patch after 5 months
hey i just killed ZOS_player2 in 5 seconds on my NB ***** NB vs NB
ZOS_player2 comment: yeah this was such a skilled player. in about the first 4 seconds of the fight, i was CC breaking from the fear. i CC broke 3 seconds in a row from fear and had no time to shieldstack my HW and HM shields. its probably due to a bug which happens on high latency. will be fixed with DB patch after 5 months
hey i just had a great fight with ZOS_player3 - Sorc vs Sorc lasted about 5 minutes
the fight was quite interesting, we were shieldstacking quite well. and whenever ZOS_player 3 HP drops below 20% he used to get back fresh with HM/HWx2 (3 shields)
i think he killed me because he accidently CCed me with streak about 4 times when he was low HP trying to shieldstack which drained my stamina and i thought i could pass that but the meteor blast was unexpected. GG

they may mention some of already existed in-game bugs. but those bugs are known issues and will be fixed soon.

I never thought I'd ask for more RNG, but ZOS would do well to include some "trait reroll" mechanic that cost gold or AP at some vendor.

Textbook "entitlement issues" folks. It doesnt matter how hard you work, RNG isn't obligated to give you jack, L2Luck. Complain about the system being RNG, not the loot table not giving you what you want. And good luck with changing it from being RNG, almost every other MMORPG uses an RNG loot table for gear and items.

Not true.

When I did Arena PvP in WoW I was able to save up my Arena Points and buy the exact piece of gear I wanted when I reached the target amount of points. In PvE I only had the RNG of tokens off bosses, but once I got my token, I could buy gear from a vendor for my exact spec.
The higher the difficulty of the raid, the better gear choice I got; same with PvP. If I did normal battlegrounds, the gear wasn't as good as if I did rated battlegrounds or arenas.

Overall, I'd prefer an Alliance Point reset at each new PvP season than random rewards like we have now. Put these new sets on the vendor to buy with AP, then next DLC convert AP to gold and put new sets on the vendor. I'm most likely in the minority on this though.
