Several bugs since the latest hotfix

Non-rendering NPCs & players/slow to render NPCs & players on the 32-bit client.

Audio cutting in and out in the 32-bit client, doesn't matter if the area is "busy" or not.

Map zoom bug is back in both the 32 and 64-bit clients: Right mouse button is failing to zoom out to the world map, zoom bar in the bottom right of the map screen appears/vanishes at random, none of the old tricks to fix the zoom work. This makes fast travel between zones impossible. (No mimimap addon is used/enabled, so inb4 hurr durr disable addons).

FPS drops are getting out of control inside of cities or areas with many torches that cause light reflection from objects. Rendering settings do not seem to matter, and this type of performance is happening on my MSI Twin Frozr 750 GTX Ti and my wife's Asus 980 GTX Ti. We've both tested even turning all settings down to as low as they can go and this still happens.

Ping rates are also out of control - hovering at 100+ ping on a 60MB/60MB synchronous internet connection with spikes to 200 at times is....odd, especially since it only happens in ESO.

Speculation on the audio cutting in and out - this could be an audio chipset driver issue for Realtek-based onboard sound chipsets.

I solved the map issue myself by completely deleting the user settings and shadercache.cooked files, then restarting the game from the launcher. Map is now functioning again as expected.

This is also happening to me, which causes the game to stutter like the FPS is less than 5, even though it isn't. Wasn't happening at all before the latest hotifx.

Since the latest patch, hotfix, or whatever it's called (vers 2.3.6.1282451), I'm getting some issues on the 64-bit client: sound not coming on, or out of synch; delay in abilities being fired off (burning talons doesn't appear for a second or two after firing); effects like flame floating in air, etc.

What's odd is that the 64 bit client worked fairly well after the main TG patch. I only experienced 2 crashes. But I'm moving back to 32 bit at this point.

Problems with sound, more frequent crashes, worse performance are present on 64 bit version too.

Details of my PC are in attachment.

I swapped over to using the 64-bit client and many of my issues with the 32-bit client went away, and I am no longer losing sound intermittently, although some verbal dialog from NPCs seem to take a second or two to load and run after interacting with them. I still believe this is a driver related issue and not on the end of ESO, as the driver for my onboard sound is 64-bit - the intermittent sound issues happen when I use the 32-bit client but vanish when I use the 64-bit client, which leads me to believe there is a strange interaction going on with the driver going into 32-bit mode.

Then again, I am on Win10 Pro 64-bit, so this may also compound issues between hardware drivers and the game.

Same problem here with not rendering players/mobs. As it is game is barely playable. Even though many treads were made about this, ZoS ignored all of them so far.
