As a v16 how can I get Necropotence?

Google has not helped me, searching here couldn't find, how as a v16 can i get Necropotence set?

    If you're looking vr16 version of that set you're out of luck, highest level that set comes is vr12.

    I'm not lookin for a v16 version and though I haven't tried it I own hunt leader, but where would I find v12 Necropotence as a v16?

    Where is a v12 zone? Craglorn I can only find v11 and v13. I don't wanna have to raid, do I gotta unlock Caldwell's gold?

    I think that vr12 drops only in old trials. You can also found vr10 version from your vr10 Cadwell's gold zone.

    Or just try to find them from guild traders.
