Lorkhan tears stopped showing up in Imperial City, now the water scales to the passive . Was that intended or a bug?

You should try to lvl up alchemy on your main though, the passives are highly beneficial for any role in group play or pvp.
I didn't knew they scaled v15 solvent X_X I did wonder how I could get tears from Cyrodiil, when I picked some up on my way to sewer entrance. This explains it ...Edited by failkiwib16_ESO on March 19, 2016 7:47PM1
