    I can't login to PC EU server.
    The client crashes in login loading screen to the menu.

    Error:
    "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection".

    I suffered from this issue for months at prime time(about 16:00 GMT to 23:00 GMT).
    Now everyone experiencing this issue.

    I guess it is related to:

    Edit:
    Please change the announcement on top of the forum...("The issues related to logging in to the European megaservers have been resolved at this time").
    The issues are not resolved at this time...
    Please fix them.

    @Lord - The issue you're describing sounds like something else. Are you getting any sort of error? (And by chance, do you have an out-dated version of the Master Merchant addon installed?)

    I receive the following error:
    "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection".

    This is not the first time I'm experiencing this issue, it has been going on for months(only at prime time).
    During the morning and night I'm able to play without any issue.
    I don't use the Master Merchant addon.
    In order to solve this issue, I did the following:
    I deleted the ShaderCache and Usersetting files, flushed my dns, repaired the client, disabled all my addons and opened ports.

    None of those steps solved the issue and I'm still unable to connect to the PC EU server.

    I don't know about login issues... have been in there a while... but the performance has been dreadful... ping keeps going up to 999+ and fps down to just 1.

    GPU running cool & below 50% capacity... CPU the same (On all cores)... 40Mb connection performing well. Nothing changed at my end from normal.... but the game has become unplayable this afternoon :(

    Na the EU server is located in germany. If it was in SA then I wouldn't be getting 50 ping from bristol.
    We have more issues than NA because we have more players than NA.

    Now I'm able to login only to get kicked from the PC EU server after 20-30 seconds.
    The latency in the 20-30 seconds I manage to stay ingame before getting kicked each time is 999+.
