Invisible monsters/effects?

Since the last patch I've been running into alot of odd issues with monsters or effects taking forever to appear. This happens frequently in cyrodil and maelstrom arena. Some examples of stuff I experience include but are not limited to: placing down and then shooting invisible seige that I can jump on and off (as long as I remember where I put it). The projectiles are also invisible. Caltrops, both mine and enemies sometimes, choose to not display at all. Invisible monsters in maelstrom spawning with invisible portals, attacking you with invisible attacks. I think crematorial guard with his fire breath was the worst of it.

It can take anywhere from 1-20 seconds for things to appear, and sometimes they just never come (caltrops usually). My fps is always fine sitting 40+ at most times. My ping is higher due to being oceanic, but I don't feel like I'm lagging. I can respond and interact with these invisible objects/monsters with no noticable delay. I'm at a loss as to what could be happening, it seems everything on my machine is working okay and I haven't added any new addons recently. Anyone else experiencing this?

I experienced this too. I thought it was just me lagging, but then I made some tests and my connection was stable enough (and fps too). Also, I noticed that it happens more often when a character/object comes out of thin air, all of a sudden: for example, the Prophet appeared beside my char to update the main quest, but it took around 30 seconds for him to actually be visible. When I spoke to him he still was invisible, but I could both hear his voice and interact with him throughout the dialogue.

That sounds like a pretty similar experience. Glad I am not alone

I'd totally forgotten the bug from long ago when the Hunter NPC was invisible and would hack people to death.

Same here, I have fake caltrops (though they seem to do damage, according to FTC) and many "teleporting" monsters in trials/dungeons appear after lots of time, I can see their effects sometime but no monster...hurray!

I experience that some of the NPC's are invisible as well. I did not encounter this with enemies yet but with quest objectives that are invisible till the moment I interact with them. The quest markers indicate that the NPC should be there, and even the interact button pops up but the NPC self is invisible in a non-intended way.

Also my unstable clannfear dissapears when changing regions/zones, I have to send him away and re-summon him. Crystal Fragments often do not show on my screen and sometimes "Shooting Star" is invisible as well. I did not send in a ticket for this issue as I wanted to be sure this has not to do with outdated (video)drivers, a high latency or other issues that might cause this on the clientside.

Pretty much, but not exclusive to my skills. Effecting alot of npcs and interactibles too

@ZOS_GinaBruno I also can't see a lot of bosses or adds in MoL.

What is this, I've ran a repair, restarted my client and everything

In Hew's Bane and other places, it takes awhile for the npcs to show up. During any of the pickpocketing/safebox quests I have to wait up to 5 mins before doing anything so I can see where the guards and target npcs are. Also in Hew's Bane dungeons the bosses and/or their adds don't show up all the time. You can see other people attacking it, or using area effect spells but the mob remains invisable. Kind of hard to loot what you can't see.

Have the same problem since that 150MB patch from tuesday. For me its tolerable in PvE, but PvP is totaly unplayable. Enemy players are just not rendering. I can be sorrounded by 20 players and never see them, just drop dead. Cmon @ZOS_GinaBruno give us some answer.
