Look at the way you are approaching it. They become super easy when you figure something out. I don't want to give it away.
I did Deadhollow Hall today and I am wondering the same thing. I sneak through the first room and onto the second hallways, the patrols there literally do not give you even a small chance to sneak past, the circle which stops sneak is always blocking you from getting past and entering the second room in stealth, I'm not sure what I'm missing either.
Doesn't sound like fun content : (

I probaly fail the first 3-4 times, but i can do pretty much all heists ( except one which name i forget ) in time.
If i can do to it, you guys in medium armour should faceroll it.
Deadhollow Halls is bugged as hell, or poorly designed. I've posted about it before. The patrol routes are such that sometimes it might take almost 1 minute to evade a guard, yet killing them isn't an option because you lose even more time.
I've completed it twice with perfect runs since TG launched, but each time has to make multiple tries, as opposed to finishing most of the others on my first attempt. If you're struggling, keep dropping the quest until the treasure positions reset to more favourable locations.

it has gone far worse now.. i did it few days ago it was hard.. but doable.. now the guard just block the entire path never give you a inch to sneak through...

There is a way to do the heist and always have 2-4 minutes to spare.

Yes, I've noticed some guards will get stuck on their routes. The one time I remember, though, he was inside one of the rooms and actually made it easier for me to go in the corridor. Bottom line is, I've been posting about it since PTS and the only thing they fixed was the hiding spots - they used to be invisible...
^this. For deadhollow Halls it's all about luck. The positions of chests, if you're lucky you can do it, otherwise don't bother since a couple of patrols there do not give you a choice and you will be detected.

But but but... There's an achievement for getting the highest reward five times
I was not there yet, but is there not a hidding spot to use and to distract the guards to make them move to an another spot?

Unlike other heists, this one does rely on certain terrain/objects to evade some of the guards. But those do not apply to all guards, sometimes you need to use the hiding spots, and in at least once case you need to step in the blue circle because the guard never goes past the hiding spot.
The following is a spoiler for how to do some things, please be advised. You sometimes just need to run past a guard while its back is turned to you, even if that mob is a guard. I mean like full-on sprint past it, giving it as wide a berth as possible, and you also need to be sure you aren't running directly into anything else. Run right to a dark corner and re-stealth, you should be able to be "unnoticed" and not lose time. It's incredibly tricky, though. And you can do it this way as any class, no Dark Cloak required.
