This is (probably) an impossible thought, but...

What if ZoS fixed the lag in Cyro?
What if most game breaking games were fixed? (Reflect draining resources, CC immunity, gap closers not working...)
What if loading screens were a thing of the past?
What if you could get 30+ FPS in town hubs on lower machines if you set graphics to low/minimum?

Would you consider subscribing / keeping the subs up / buying some crown store items as a "thanks for the job well done Zos" gesture?

My ESO+ membership won't be renewed this time which is a shame but the game is too all over the place at the moment for me to care to plough any more of my time into.

They made imperial city which by far has the best single player non story content in the game and spoiled it by providing opportunist gankers an avenue to pillage people, even giving them a reason to with tel var. An open PVE dungeon on the scale of IC sewers would have been a social haven as most you encounter down there are there for the PVE (a majority of my large friends list have come from ICsewers and have made some good online friends from there) and the main reason most I meet stop playing there is because of a group of 4-5 gankers that are resident on each server, different names yet the exact same situation from server to server. Craglorn doesn't match up to ICsewers for many reasons.

    PVP lag.. Enough said.

PVP imbalance, I've witnessed more times than I care to remember a group of 5+ people attacking a single man and dealing nothing but pathetically small amounts of damage, yet said single man will turn around and then wipe the group in a matter of seconds with extremely powerful attacks. One person can achieve say 3-4k per hit and a different person of the same class can achieve 10k+ using the same ability.. That is unbalanced and is a huge problem here. It's not a "l2p issue" its imbalance created by the games own rules, people can't enjoy end game PVE content and then competitively compete in PVP without undergoing a respec to combat the "min/maxers".

Maelstrom Arena, the place that takes many people 6 hours+ to complete (time and time again people are posting stupid numbers like that with 20k+ repair costs), the challenge there is to master the 100+ CC abilities that will be cast on you and once you do it will become a lot easier. You see this from the leaderboards, the same names week in week out complete with similar scores and they are the only people who dedicated the vast amount of time to memorizing the exact time a certain cc/stun will happen. There isn't any other content that stacks so much damage on top of a stun like in Maelstrom, it really is unforgiving and a cheap alternative to true challenging mechanics with the rewards for completing almost being an insult to some who invested so much time. (I've completed it 5 times now and never will return there again).

I've given an awful amount of my time to this game (due to illness) and I love what it wants to be, it's just the execution of ideas that lets it down.

I've had a sub since release and still have one, I will only drop it when I leave the game.

Even with all the bugs, lag and issues I still play this game more than any other because I find it fun. I'm willing to pay for and support fun, when the fun stops I can go elsewhere and give them the money.

When I subbed loyally from launch I didn't have much hope for this game, it had so many problems and the current developer team seemed utterly inept to solve the problem despite their goals of staring on twitch and the internet. I had subbed for over a year now and it's close to it's second.

Right now the game is becoming unplayable. I getting lagspikes in combat so bad it's unplayable, not in PvP but PvE!!!

It's sickening and disgusting that these failures and the support I have given then end up with constant frack ups that a normal team of developers would fix in a simple week.

I am starting to get the feeling ZoS is busy with a lavish lifestyle and not really caring about development. They don't listen to feed back, even Wrobel and the combat dev team fail at simple class balance. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE 60 ACTIVE CLASS ABILITIES FROM 4 CLASSES TO ADDRESS TO BALANCE, That is only 15 abilities per class total that most MMO's would kill to have to balance!

I think the only way the would start doing things is if they get a bunch of lawsuits and fines from other countries to address their problem. I think that would be for the best.

Right now I am dangling over complaining to to ACL or giving them another chance. I have given so many and they have spat on them.

I guess the only way they will learn is if they start to losing money. They fail to communicate to us and would rather do internet shows for their own gains.

Like I said before ZeniMax Media needs to clean house and fire these developers because if this MMO fails there won't be another MMO like Elderscrolls ever again. I don't want these failures for developers to marr Elderscrolls!

Eitherway they deserve the anger coming to them.

My ESO plus ran out 5 days after TG went live, I've got enough crowns to buy all the current DLCs and at the moment see no reason to renew or buy crowns, TG base game patch introduced more bugs than it fixed as far as I can see and ZO$ is taking way too long to fix major bugs. I'll be saving my money to buy alternative games as ESO is far too frustrating to play atm.

Think most everyone missed the point of this thread...not what your plans are now, but how would you feel if the major problems were corrected??

Personally I love what this game could be but I'm driven crazy by how the game is. So if the major problems were corrected I dont think I would leave ESO, the only upcoming MMO with much promise is the new Camelot Unchained, IMO.

Asmael please add all trials and associated item sets scaled to v16 to your list!

You confuse "maintaining an MMO" with 'ignoring current problems to keep up with the targets set'. They are a business at the end of the day and there are reasons as to why certain issues aren't dealt with in a timely manner or at all. There is a good chance that:

1.They're horrendously understaffed (90 worked on Skyrim BTW) with an excessive workload and plethora of problems to filter through
    2. They were unprepared for such contradicting views from the PVE vs PVP vs RP community and in turn rushed out to fix whatever they could, however they could; causing another issue elsewhere.
    3. They are using poorly optimized code unsuitable to be used on the scale that they had intended and are aware of this, slowly trying to fix the problem whilst trying to maintain quarterly DLC.

Many of us are TES fans and have been for decades now, most will continue to be due to the fantastic lore the game offers. I hope the future of ESO is bright but from what has been shown over the past 24 months we won't see the kind of polish required until the next single player game.

My thoughts go to the dev team as they have a task on their hands and there's a good chance $$$ is the problem as always with big companies.

I recently cancelled my subscription--it runs out in a little over a month. It became clear to me that my priorities as a customer and their priorities as a service provider were in no way similar. I want improved server performance so that my time in Cyrodiil can be much more enjoyable. They don't care about this. Their priorities are 1) Crown Store items and 2) DLCs. They haven't ever improved server performance and they don't even mention it. And I doubt they will ever do anything about it. It's disappointing, really. This game has always had the potential to be great, but has always missed the mark on taking that next big step.

I let mine run out after TU was implemented as it didn't seem worth it. I buy the dlcs as I don't like being a renter but don't spend a lot on mounts, costumes, pets, motifs etc.

If ZOS actually dedicated the man hours to fixing the game performance issues, I'd consider resubbing. I blame the priorities of the suits, not the devs for not doing that already. Devs are employees and take their orders from them.

As long as max short-term profits are more important than a quality product to the suits, I'll keep my wallet in my pocket for the most part.

Problem is, most people don't expect any, let alone most of the major problems to be corrected at any time. That's why you're getting the results you're getting from the poll. Right now I plan on subbing until Dark Brotherhood drops, then I'll see how things go. By then FO4 mods and DLCs will be in full swing, so I'll spend alot of time playing that. If ESO hasn't fixed some major problems by then, I'll by ESO's DLCs with the crowns I've gotten from subbing and drop my current sub.

This is more of a "bug / performance fixing" thing than "scaled sets for all dungeons / trials / else", even if I'd love to see it happen.

That being said, if things were actually working, I would consider buying the DLC (not fond of ESO+, not many interesting things with it).

I'm just going to buy the DLC, I would never subscribe. I can't subscribe to a game that is THIS broken. The lag is not just in Cyrodiil, it's crept its way out. I won't get into a list of long term known bugs in the system, but it's like they don't remember why ESO struggled when it first released, it was because of the broken things! And YES coding bugs are and endless battle, but you HAVE to undertake that battle if that's the business you're in, its part of the profession.

It's not that I'm so angry I hate the game and don't want to play. I /do/ want to play, and that's just it.

This is about the fifth thread or so that I've seen where players are begging the Devs to NOT released a quarterly DLC and delay it to the following quarter in exchange of just get to fixing things. And I'm among them.

You can't keep adding content when there's glaring bugs in the game, it's NOT sustainable.

Sometimes I doubt of keeping myself subscribed because of the lag as most important factor.
You can game with many minor bugs, but the PvP lag keeps going on for months.

Probably will drop my subscription when I find another game to play then this one. But for now, it's still fun.

This. $15 / month is nothing given how much fun I still have playing this game. Bugs will come and go, as will asinine balance changes and (hopefully) lag in PvP. Its easy to say " fix it" but it's not as simple as that
Some issues/problems is far more complicated then you might think.
Though it's should not be an excuse for not trying.

I suggest they make a update log for players , to show them where they're in the progress..
showing their players that they actually do try/working on to fix bugs/issues...

If they don't , well this game wouldn't last long..
and all the work spend on making it would be to waste.

I'd word it the other way - If things are not fixed I'll just play the PVE content and then be out.

It may sound minor, but the broken Jump feature really pisses me off, because it's so basic to EVERY SINGLE game I've ever played. It's caused me a few close calls when by character just stops in it's tracks - blocked by a very low obstacle a 2 year old could just step over.

As for subscriptions, I just don't like them anywhere any time. I guess because I immediately read the decision making behind offering subscriptions. Hint: it has to do with cash flow independent of quality of service.

So *IF* things are fixed by the time I finish the PvE content, I MIGHT buy DLC's, but I'll decide each based on the merits of each independently. Although my personal style of play is that I don't care about anything in the Crown store except the DLC's (and the Imperial & Adventurers pack).

I guess if I was more stylish I might want a new outfit and color-coordinated pet and exotic mount, but I'm fine with the basic cosmetic stuff.
