The change to mats in Orcinium needed to happen. You can get voidstone, void cloth and nightwood in copious amounts in the later Cads gold zones. Grinding v16 mats was rediculous before the change. Now you don't need to spend weeks farming for one set and you actually can get rubido leather now. It was impossible to farm enough before.
Have not seen one since the nerf hammer, as usual over nerfing rather than small incremental changes. But this ones on the players qq ing which is aka whining. You know that every nerf has unintended consequences in this game. But alas you might be to over powered with you Legerman at 20.

Do you need points into legermain for this dlc?

It is not said that it is a fixed timer - if they have realized it via a fixed amount of troves per zone, which can maximal show at any given time, then it could be quicker at prime time and much longer when not that many are in a zone. In this case you would really have to go around to find those active and not just wait for one to respawn - it might not do that, before another one in the zone was looted before.

Yeah, but it's a terrible system that relies on other people being around to trigger the respawns. With them being so rare it's unlikely that others will ever be there to open the one box that then allows a respawn of the other box you happen to be passing by. It's basically useless now, might as well remove them from the game entirely and we'll just loot treasure chests instead.
