I read about 70% of it, skimming past the bits that do not apply to me (whether it be about certain content or because of where I live.).
I don't blame anyone for not reading. It's hella long. Besides I don't plan on breaking their ToS any way and I've agreed to enough data sharing, personal information sharing and used Google enough at this point that I doubt anyone doesn't know what ads to target me with. Although too bad their all block by adblocker

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, i read the titleI've read it before and saw a post on here the other day saying all Zenimax games use the same ToS and the change was something to do with Fallout 4 mods on Xbox so I didn't bother reading it this time around.
How closely I read the Terms of Service depends on how much I trust the company that produced them. For certain things I will take the time to read everything in detail, for most games I just skim through to see if anything stands out as unusual.
