    I have read them before, no I did not because they just added something to it, and I guess it was for fallout mods or something they said on another thread, they just had to make you accept it again. So I just scrolled through it and clicked accept like most people likely did as well.

    Maybe you should have made an "other" option?

    I read about 70% of it, skimming past the bits that do not apply to me (whether it be about certain content or because of where I live.).

    I don't blame anyone for not reading. It's hella long. The only reason I read most of it is because I subscribe and sometimes buy Crowns, so it makes me care more about the terms and my "rights" than if I didn't pay frequently.

    Read most of it but it doesn't matter.

    Lawyers have made it since the early 2000s that the software we buy isn't ours.

    Remember the good ole PC days when you were trying to talk a buddy in to buying a game, you could let him borrow your game discs.

    I waited until they updated the Web version, then downloaded it and read the updates from the March 2015 version.

    Nope, I'll trust Gina on this one it's just Fallout 4 modding stuff.

    Besides I don't plan on breaking their ToS any way and I've agreed to enough data sharing, personal information sharing and used Google enough at this point that I doubt anyone doesn't know what ads to target me with. Although too bad their all block by adblocker :tongue:

    It's not worth reading these things unless you are a lawyer and have hours to translate the legal mumbo jumbo.

    Even if you were an attorney and deciphered it all, it's still pointless to even read it.

    I've read it before and saw a post on here the other day saying all Zenimax games use the same ToS and the change was something to do with Fallout 4 mods on Xbox so I didn't bother reading it this time around.

    How closely I read the Terms of Service depends on how much I trust the company that produced them. For certain things I will take the time to read everything in detail, for most games I just skim through to see if anything stands out as unusual. In my experience for MMO's 90% of it is just variations on "buying the game does not protect you from being banned if you break the rules".
