Feature suggestions: Reskin looted equipment, dyeable costumes, and random map dailies

Greetings!

Today I want to share 3 ideas of mine, that I think would enrich the player experience for some if not many.

Reskin Looted Equipment:

Freedom to customize is essential to an MMO in my opinion. being able to craft in different styles was a great idea. I like the overall crafting system a lot. However, this brings about an issue to some of us: When you manage to make that really awesome looking outfit, that you spent a lot of time and effort into making, trying to be really creative, you find a piece of gear in,for example, a dungeon. You don't like the appearance of it, but you need the stats. What can you do about that? Nothing.

I've always been a bit sad about the fact that we can't customize looted gear. Surely there are builds which can be used just fine with purely crafted, and we do have costumes, but this isn't about that. Some people want to customize their appearance and go for efficiency. So let us do that without sacrificing our hard work of making a creative appearance.

Please allow us to throw a piece of gear into the crafting bench, and overwrite the appearance by applying the appropriate visual material. That way, we won't have to decide between efficiency and appearance, but we would have complete freedom in that regard. You could even up the required style material to adjust the market if that's necessary.

Dyeable Costumes:
One thing that bothers me everytime I check the crownstore, is knowing that SO many people decide NOT to purchase costumes, purely because they don't agree with the colours. I don't understand why we haven't seen an option yet, to dye our costumes. You guys put a lot of work into making these available to us, only for many people to neglect them because of the lack of freedom.

A way to solve this, might be to let the costume act as individual armor pieces, at a dye station? Or at the very least, give more than 1 option in the crownstore, so a certain costume comes in various colours. However, being able to dye our own would be my prefered option.

Random Map Dailies:
The starter zone is hands down my favorite area in the game. Why? Because that's where I'm most likely to meet fellow adventureres. I like the social aspect of an MMO, and I'm starting to feel that it's lacking more and more in ESO. Certain areas are occupied by high veteran players (for good reasons), and it's getting rarerer to meet other players. And it doesn't help that the Cadwell's silver and gold is the most lonely experience in the game. I feel like Im playing an offline game when I quest for silver and gold. It sucks.

So my suggestion is basically, to somehow give us 1 or more dailies in random maps. This would increase the traffic of maps all together, and there are a lot of ways to make it rewarding. The new thief guild DLC (which btw is fantastic), could be used in this regard. Upcomming Dark brotherhood could allow certain VIP assassinations on certain maps (but not all players getting the same, to avoid "boss camping). Basically, I would love to see neglected maps being visited more frequently, so the game can feel more alive, outside the 4-5 prime locations.

Bonus suggestion: Allow us to see other allience players during silver and gold please. I'M SO LONELY

Let me know if you agree or disagree with my suggestions. And please keep discussions civil!

Peace!

They would also make money because of it, as players would be more likely to purchase them, knowing that the colour they come with can be changed.

You can already dye those pieces of clothing that you sometimes find while stealing from crates, barrels, or wicker baskets. The major drawback with them is that they occupy armor slots on your character.

My suggestion was to make these items convertible into disguises after being stitched together from several separate pieces. If you found, say, a Layered Shirt and a Side-Stitched Pants, you could color them according to taste at the dye station, and then stitch them together (maybe at an augmented dye station) to create a Peasant Disguise.

Personally, if this idea is implemented, I'm going to create a character that looks quite a lot like one of the residents of Cropsford or Cheydinhall, and just kind of hang out there. If you know what I mean.

Adding my voice to this, I know i'd buy several costumes if they were dyeable!! I also love the 'transmogrification' idea, kinda like the system wow has. Players love customization! Let us have it!

They could even expand upon the whole dye system if they were to implement this, and sell dye packs too.
