I don't get why the new set pieces are divines but the undaunted are only infused?

They're all infused because ZOS knows that that's one of the 2 most sought-after traits in monster helms. We've known for over a month that they would all be infused. That's what they've said ever since they announced this vendor.

Honestly, I don't know anyone who pvps that would want infused over impen/divines. And we all didn't know it would only be infused. A lot of people were disappointed when the merchant finally spawned and we saw the trait for ourselves.

If they actually think people are going to do away with their AP after releasing this vendor, then they are sadly mistaken. People will continue to hoard their AP since once again we have nothing worth spending it on. I can't believe people actually think infused on shoulders was a good idea lmao.

This s a case of be careful what you ask for.
What will happen is ZOS will go rng on traits and you'll be looking at Training, Well-Fitted, Exploration, Reinforced.

Look what happened with Respecs. Now we get nothing even though we know they have the ability to make them cheap for a week instead of forcing respec or nothing. But they don't.

Go farm it 40 times and land one well fitted or reinforced light piece. That perfectly weighted infused (best trait on a big piece) will look lush afterwards. Too much crying on this forum. Zeni should just sell instakill potions in crown store and be done with it. Everything for nothing. 99k for these is nothing. That's stupidly dirty cheap.

Oh come on - they're giving you a guaranteed drop of one of the pieces and you STILL complain about it!? Do you want the ZOS team to personally walk up to each of you dressed in their sunday's best and ask you what gear you want and just send it to you with a million gold as well? By the Eight, if you don't like the piece available go do the pledges and try your luck there!

Just use ap, it's not like your going to spend ap on anything else.

I was a little surprised about that on PTS as well, but to be honest unless you're VR16 you shouldn't be wasting your gold/alliance points on these anyway. Getting lower level versions just means you'll have to get them again in the future.

Personally, I'm glad that they are all sold at VR16. I have quite a few characters I use in BWB who I don't plan on getting to level cap until DB (when they remove vet ranks and level 50 essentially becomes the cap). I'd be incredibly disappointed if say, Molag Kena hit the vendor next weekend and I couldn't buy it because it'd be a waste to spend AP on a level 40 monster set piece. This way I don't need to wait to get my characters to max level to buy the set pieces I want, especially considering I have no idea how long it'll be before both the condition of having a character with at least 200k AP at level cap AND having the vendor sell a set piece I want are met.

it is random. todays item is x with x trait it comes in light medium heavy . next week it will be a different random combo
