I have read many many patch notes etc and i see zero evidence saying they are moving proxy det to assault rank 2
I think this is more player rumor can i be shown some official word if this is true or not

✭They're not moving it to Rank 2, but they have reduced the amount of AP you need to get it meaning 80% of the player base in Trueflame PC|NA as it on at least one toon now.....NA PC | AD
