Proxy Det can someone actually give solid info

I have read many many patch notes etc and i see zero evidence saying they are moving proxy det to assault rank 2

I think this is more player rumor can i be shown some official word if this is true or not

They're not moving it to Rank 2, but they have reduced the amount of AP you need to get it meaning 80% of the player base in Trueflame PC|NA as it on at least one toon now.....

Thank god and thats exactly what i thought
