Can't use soul gems to ressurect my char

So... Since the latest patch, my chars are unable to use soul gems to ressurect. I press E, but nothing happens, even though I have a lot of them in my inventory. Rezzing at wayshrine works just fine.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I've had the same problem a couple of times in Hew's Bane, specifically during WB fights. However, I couldn't use a soul gem -or- the Wayshrine and had to relog.

So I don't do stuff in Hew's Bane.

For me it happened in Orsinium as well... Fell off the cliff and couldnt res. Tried to suicide on other chars, got the same bug. XD

Happens in PvP as well. Doesn't happen too often, but when it does you can't res teammates.

Just out of curiosity, are you non-vet and in a scaled area?

this! If you do not have Grand soul gems you can not res in a scaled area. If you do have filled Grand gems, then it is a bug

Weird, I could still res people, and could be rezzed, but couldnt rez myself.

No, 1 vr8 char and several vr16 chars. ^^ I know about soul gems and scaling, and gems on all chars were "Grand" of course.

Happened to me too, most recently in the Maw of Lorkhaj. I can revive at the wayshrine, I can res other players and get ressed, I have 800+ grand soul stones in my bag, but I can't press "E" or click it in cursor mode to revive myself in place. I've tried restarting the client but the problem remains.

Last night I died three times on a boss (was not ready for it to spawn right next to me while I was allocating some skill points lol) and could res each time with a Soul Gem.

Ahhh, here is the problem...you shouldn't be dying to bosses; or adds for that matter. This glitch only happens when you die, so no more dying

Just checked... Soul summons passive doesnt work as well. Nor do the crown store soul gems (I had them from black friday sale, lol).

If you're in a scaled zone and don't have grand soul gems, that is why.

Basically as of the IC update, only use soul gems regardless of level. If you have grand soul gems...as some mention.....guess the game is more broken than prior to the DLC update.

1) Yeah, I had vr8 scaled to vr15. With 200+ GRAND soul gems in her bag, 5 crown soul gems and then even with soul summons passive. I dont even have any pre-vet characters.

2) Same happened to my vr16, also with grand soul gems.
3) If you dont have grand soul gems on scaled char, you have red soul gem icon and ressurect button is greyed out. For me it wasnt the case, the screen looked normally, but pressing E didnt work.

Still the same... 1 char (vr8) cant rez no matter what, vr 16 can from time to time.

Still having the same issue. At first I thought was only in hew's bane but now in other areas as well. over 400 grand soul gems and am regularly having to use wayshrine as E won't work. Hope this is fixed shortly.

Have you tried if any of your add-ons is causing the problems of your crashes? Try to disable them and see if you still can ress.

@KoshkaMurka, we noticed you're using Master Merchant in the screenshot you posted. Is anyone else using this addon? Moreover, have you guys tried disabling all your addons to see if that helps?

We're actively investigating this issue, but are having a tough time pinpointing exactly what may be causing it.

I use Master Merchant, and haven't had a problem ressing at all. The only issue I've heard is that the newest MM update causes people to crash from trade guilds I'm in, but not prevent them from ressing.

I have master merchant and have no issues resurrecting myself. Just got 2 hours of practice resurrecting myself in vMoL and never failed once.

I am having the same issue, repeatedly on my level 42 scaled character in v16 areas. I always keep a supply of Grand Soul Gems in my inventory so that I can revive anywhere - I do a lot of PvP and DLC stuff so I assumed I would be able to revive anywhere. But when I die, I get the green 'revive' E button prompt (rather than red 'no filled gems' prompt) but no matter how much I mash the E button, I cannot rez. In Cyrodiil recently I fell off a cliff and my friends had to come rez me because I couldn't do it myself, despite having 50+ Grand Soul Gems in my inventory.

I found this thread because I was at the end of my rope after having this happen to me just now in Hew's Bane, after fighting my way into enemy territory, and now I have to go do it ALL OVER AGAIN. So frustrating.

PS] I don't have Master Merchant enabled, although I do have it installed. I do not have UI warnings or anything like that on this character.

I don't use Master Merchant. I even turned off all of my addons to check this before submitting a bug report, and nothing changed.

I literally cannot compete in vMA or progressive raiding because of this issue, and just makes everything in game more complicated. The costumer support was insanely useless, trying to tell me I need to make sure the soul gems I had were of the correct level.

Could it have something to do with users trying to use the 64 bit client and 32 bit client in tandem, or alternatively? Perhaps an issue with characters being in a dungeon that USED to have soul reservoir prior to their removal (although this doesn't make sense since I could self res until the hotfix)

I have disabled all add-ons, Resurrecting is still not functioning. Seems to be to be resurrected by somebody else but will not allow to resurrect self.

Tried on my desktop pc with 32/64 bit same issue. Switched to my laptop 32bit and same thing. I removed all add-ons and then gave all my soul gems to a friend and made sure none were in my bank. I let a bear chew on me a bit and noticed the 'Revive here" wasn't red like it should when you don't have any gems, still showed white.

I have this same issue ever since the TG update BUT only on one character (V16, grand soulgems, no crownstore).
Every other one is just fine.

Kind of annoying, when i die in WGT my friends need to manually rez me.
