First, we apologize for the issue surrounding the Rewards of the Worthy. This change was certainly not intended; you should be receiving Rewards at a higher frequency than what’s being reported.
Today, we were able to identify the issue with the Rewards of the Worthy not being delivered as frequently as intended. This was ultimately tied to the bug fix we implemented in yesterday’s update where anyone who had reached their Alliance Rank cap was not receiving Rewards.
Fortunately, you will retroactively receive any Rewards that are owed to you after we publish this fix, which will be in next week’s incremental patch. You’ll just need to earn a single AP in order to trigger the Rewards to be sent. You are safe to continue playing in Cyrodiil in the meantime, though.
Thanks for your patience while we nailed this one down, we know it was frustrating!

Doesn't affect PvE. No hotfix needed obviously.mwaHoloYoitsu wrote: »I remember once upon a time....."We are tracking your Vet XP."

I just had the same thought. This is such an important system in the new DLC for PVPers. If this is not hotfix potential what is?

Knowing Zos this bug more than likely will be in the next patch.The-Baconator wrote: »@ZOS_GinaBruno Will this issue be present when Thieve's Guild is released on consoles?
They've stated before that some things can be hotfixed, those that require code changes to a higher extent can't.
It's retroactive people, you waited months for these sets I am sure you can last another week. Rather than posting tears on the forums why not earn some more AP ready for next week?

Is there any way to confirm this for certain? Given ZOS' track record and you're understandaby a mouth piece for the production team and Dev leads, a lot of us aren't believing this placation and would further erode trust and patience between ZOS and their paying customers.

We had talked about the possibility of doing a hotfix, but it would have affected the timeline for next week's incremental (in a bad way) and also required server downtime, which is never ideal. In the end, we determined the best would be to wait until the regularly-scheduled maintenance since the Rewards would be awarded retroactively.

Is this going to be like the time we were going to get Champion Points retroactively and you said it was ok to keep playing the game? You can see why I tend to not be very optimistic here.
It's like them fixing the cost of CP in this patch, yet all the additional XP earned wasn't applied to CP ranks, so that CP XP all got lost (e.g. I was at 960K per cost of CP pre patch, now I'm about 750K XP per CP, so... where do all that extra experience towards my CP go?).dap_robertb16_ESO wrote: »Is there any way to confirm this for certain?
