I did not played ESO in a few months. I was planning to get back with Veteran Ranks removal, which should be with Thieves Guild DLC, last time I remember it was officialy stated but today I opened game, loaded my character and I did not even get respec(I know many threads about it). What did I miss? Did they again putted VR removal on same priority as cats passive(that took them couple months to even notice...do not know if they fixed it)? Was even bleed exploit fixed?
