I did not played ESO in a few months. I was planning to get back with Veteran Ranks removal, which should be with Thieves Guild DLC, last time I remember it was officialy stated but today I opened game, loaded my character and I did not even get respec(I know many threads about it). What did I miss? Did they again putted VR removal on same priority as cats passive(that took them couple months to even notice...do not know if they fixed it)? Was even bleed exploit fixed?

    VR removal is planned for Dark Brotherhood (next DLC) as far as I know.

    Yeah, I've been on the sidelines because I hate Cadwell's silver and gold, so I'm thinking I'm bringing my vet girls home and going though Orsinium and the thieves guild DLC.
