No SLI or Multi GPU support for 64 bit client.

SO I wanted to see if they messed this up, and low and behold they did. I launched ESO64bit and then observed the gpu usage , and only one of the chips was being uilized. Launched the normal client, and both are being utilized. ZoS. Seriously. Fix this.

✭✭Check the PTS forum for multiple instructions on how to manually create a new profile for the new binary. Or just wait for the next driver versions to include profiles for it. This is hardly something ZOS can fix on their side.0
