more classes

I would like to see more classes introduced into the game. Maybe something like a Wow hunter where the pet can attack or a druid who can change form. What classes would everyone else like to see in game

    In the future, yes.
But for now? Another class = more bugs and worse balance.

Instead of making Dark Brotherhood, they should make a HUGE bug fix update. People would be happier about that.

Necromancer. Yes, according to lore it would be a shunned and frowned upon class, but I can work with that. The quest givers are desperate enough to accept help from just about anyone.

Have to agree with this 2000%

You don't attract new players with bugfixes only though.

4 classes is not much, however I'd rather see new skill lines that every class can use and more morphs to skills than new classes.
In any case, creating and balancing skills seems rather difficult for ZOS.

More classes? I would like if they just removed all classes and went back to a Elder scrolls formula of being what you want to be. Open all the class specific spells to everyone, tweak what is necessary for balance and allow people to combine spells and abilities as they want to. Many of the classes are using spells and abilities that are open to everyone, anyway, so having no classes and open up for everyone to make their build as they want, would be a lot better for this game than the class structure.

This, other MMOs do it and it works well. No more classes please. More skill lines accessible to everyone? Sure, but not more stuff that forces me to play a given class because the devs decide to make one class uber that patch.

I'm not sure I like the idea of characters that can stack shields, cloak, streak, use swallow soul to proc frags, flap wings to reflect, self heal on demand, combine Aedric spear and assaination passive a with crit surge and has ranged executes.

Classes create a system of pros and cons and when balanced correctly result in a Rock Paper Scissors situation where as strong as you are you have a weakness that someone else can build to exploit. I believe that if all abilities where available to all players eventually the most efficient and "best" combo would be discovered and become FotM and that would be all you seen

"The secret world" is a game that pulls out "no classes" rather good. Here's your weapon choices, here's your skills and here's your passive. All of them. Take your pick. And there are some rather hefty shields going on there as well, per example fist weapons have some rather strong shields, as do blood magic. Yet shield stacking doesn't help much since you have a limitation on how many skills you can use, in The secret world you have 5 active and 5 passive, that's it. All other passives not slotted wont work.

I rather like games that go out of their way to be a bit different. ESO isn't bad, it has potentials and I rather like the more active play style without 2 tons of flashy UI (Tera *shivers*). Though they could improve their classes, and that was one thing I was a bit disappointed at when the game was released, an Elder scrolls game that took a big chunk out of "your choice" and made classes, like many other main stream online games.

Oh, this again? I still am of the opinion that just adding new classes would really vex all the older players who over the time raised eight characters into veteran ranks, and might react badly to new classes just being added, in an "why the f... was that one not available when I made this character, it would have been sooo much better for the character idea..." kind of way.

Of course, the very next point I then make is to mention my very own "Class Morph Idea" as an possible way to sort of bring "new" classes to ESO, yet equally accessible for new players and old veterans...

As for the ole "away with classes" spiel... that works pretty well in single playrer games, not so much in MMOs. And in any case, they won't refit their whole game at this point, too much expense, too little added profit... if they tried, the suits would pull the plug.
Keep the hope for when they make, of, say, FallOut-Online? ;)

I would definitely like to see a Necromancer class; looking at classes in prior games (http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Classes) I think there is a lot covered with the freedoms we have and existing classes. For example in prior games we had Burglar and Thief classes however the justice system and thieves guild cover this just as the fighters guild and some of the other skill lines cover things like Knights or Barbarians potentially. But here are some thoughts:
    1. Monk
    2. Spellsword
    3. Battlemage
    4. Bard
    5. Barbarian
    6. Ranger
    7. Agent
    8. Crusader
    9. Pilgrim
    10. Scout
    11. Witchhunter (from Morrowind)

    Just some thoughts
