I thought this was about the NPC bubble because god damn nerf that thing, yesterday!
(it does not give cc immunity on expire, so out of stamina for breaking = perma reflect everything on yourself, including ultimates)

That's always been like that. I'm talking about this patch, where they were supposed to have fixed one of of Templars passives, they did but forgot about Unstable Core. It's basically Templars own Curse, it's a DPS skill now, that if you take the passive it now takes longer to explode.

Because if you take the base skill or Total Dark, the passive helps you because you want the uptime. If you take Unstable Core, the passive hurts you.
Now ZoS, remove the passive altogether. Add is the extra 2 seconds or so to the base skills that we want. And give us a resource management passive.
