Console PS4 Voice chat problem, struggling to maintain a connection

Most of the time, I'm struggling to maintain a connection with the voice chat (group, guild, etc.)

My voice chat will work for a few minutes(1-2) than stop working for 5-10 more minutes, rinse and repeat.

Here's what I have tried (and it didn't change anything)

-My PS4 is in DMZ
-Plugged directly with Ethernet Cable in the modem
-I have tried restarting the game (before and after joining a group)
-I have tried restarting the console (before and after joining a group)

I'm not the only person with this issue. Two local friends are having this issue and have found a few thread mentioning similar issue, but no fix.


Also, this issue is not 100% of the time.
One day, the voice chat will work perfectly fine.
The next, it does not, no matter what I do.

    Have you deleted your save data?

    I know when I have voice chat issues that if I delete my save data it tends to work again.

    99% of the time, my voice chat is working fine, but I do get the random thing where it cycles through repeatedly. I usually go to another zone and it stops doing that or I have to delete my save data

    Quick question though: By doing so, will I need to re-download the huge patchs?

    Create a chat party outside the game for voice chat has been the only work around I have found. In game it will work for awhile until I switch zones and completely useless after that

    Sometimes some channels are included, but not all guilds. Group Voice Chat works, but also not everywhere and not always have to be overloaded, but it does not always help.
    I do not want to delete, and re-upload 35 GB patch, because clearly a problem at Zenimax.

    I won't be deleting any saved data, we have gone with using party's outside the game for sometime now and it works fine. Easier than erasing data just for it to happen again. I have a solid work around and its less time consuming

    I also use PSN chat when grouping with friends.

    But, I will often group up with strangers (often large groups) in Cyrodiil or in the Sewers.
    In game voice chat is a must in those cases.
