extremely low fps in Hew's Bane

My fps dropped after today's update. i started using 32 bit client and fps was average around 22. tried 64 bit and it swings from 16- 30. i had much better fps than this, usually always between 55-60 unless in cities or cyrodiil. i am using 2x gtx 980 in sli, AMD fx-8350 4.3GHz, 16GB DDR3 Ram, windows 10 pro. not sure what else you may need?

Perhaps 1000s of people are swarming the new content and therefore your performance is bad?
Only if it persists after a week I'd say it's a different problem.0 -

You may run into some poor frame rates on both the 32-bit and 64-bit clients. We are currently working on a fix to release this week, but in the meantime, we suggest you try reducing your graphics settings.

Lyrebon✭✭✭I'm not surprised, I expect every player in Europe is there right now xD Check other areas for your FPS and if it's just Hew's Bane where it drops then you know why. Should even out after this week when people have experienced the DLC and go back to doing what they normally do.0 -

Kallion✭✭I concur with the OP. FPS drop is consistent throughout zones and quite enormous in some cases.
I haven't been in the new zone at all, so I guess it's not just the massive amount of people that gathered up for the update. Therefore my tests are in the 10+ level area in and outside of Auridon (High Elf).
Edit for the OP:
The 64bit client disables completely one GFX card in the SLI combo. Something to keep that in mind (happened to me too).Edited by Kallion on March 7, 2016 9:59PM0 -

My video cards aren't the best but they're not awful either: gtx 760's. I even turned down graphics to low and it's still bad.>.<_____/

The low fps issues was there since TG reached the PTS in the first place... in the latest patch it became much much better but it was still under the live severs version that was available until today. I was afraid that TG will decrease the performance on live severs when it will be implemented.
