Really, that is much different from what I have been hearing. I'm not saying it's not true but on PS4 EU he is definitely broken.

Have not seen him in months now, nor has any of my guilds (5 guilds with around 500 members, not one person has seen him in months)

Not when the all portals are lit up and no enemies have spawned. Pretty clear indicator it's glitched out

It worked fine on Chillrend (PS4-NA) for about a week, three weeks ago or so... broke now again. Azura Star it was up a few nights ago (Friday??) and I was with a group who ran it twice. I haven't tried it on any other server.

Molag bal has appeared more often than not thanks to the recent patch. Now is the time to try and farm Hakeijo people. It's a shame it comes at a time when Tel Var Stones are the most useless they have ever been...... buuut I guess it's still a big win.
