Best/fastest way to level through the Vet ranks?

Anyone know any ways to level through the vet ranks? Quests seem to give little to no exp.

If you had time to write a post on forum and await on a reply, you could just as well have searched youtube.

Fastest is to find a buddy, use xp pots and rings of mara, and grind public dungeons in Orsinium. You can do over 1 million xp an hour that way.
Best is arguably to grind sewers in IC. It is not as fast, but you will end up with a lot more loot for your effort.
Also, i recommend at least doing Cadwells silver and clearing all the skyshards and lorebooks in the first 5 vet zones. You will get a few vet ranks along they way.3 -

If it is your main character then grinding IC sewers is the most beneficial as mentioned above.
If it is your alt then you might consider waiting another 3 months till DB dlc is released and VRs are removed.0 -

What are you talking about? The CP number will not be affected by your VR level.
The conversion your are talking about happened already in the past.
I think they're saying that having at least one v16 will guarantee that you have enough CP to reach the gear cap since ZOS will be awarding CP to anyone who would lose access to gear they already wear when VR is removed. You can also get Ancient Orc Motifs to sell. I dont think it is nearly as valuable as TV stones and Vault keys from IC, but it is something no doubt.
A lot are talking about waiting to DB. Definitely an option, but I think you will want at least one V16 character by then. I believe they are going to raise everyone with a V16 to 160 CP if they dont have them already. I am considering leveling a few more toons to 50 before DB as well.
My advice, do one Silver zone a day. Do the main questline only, grab shards, grab lore books, and clear public dungeons and world bosses. You will be about V5 when its done after a week (you could definitely repeat this through the gold zones). Then find someone too marry, make a few pots of coffee and grind it out. Use it as time to level skills you might not use otherwise. If done right, you can have all your skills, weapons, and armor lines by the time you hit V16.1 -
