A young man wakes up on the beach, bloody almost losing his leg .He was attacked when he went swimming the water. Most assumed it was some type of shark because his wounds had the a few of the creatures teeth embedded within his flesh . He is taken to the healers tent his leg wrapped with the undergarments of the local brothel woman that is famous for her dance skills as well as her ability to seduce men. When a healer comes into the tent, she heals the man as best she could. But then before she can finish healing him the wounds would be gone only leaving just a scar.

The next night the full moon rises. The man still in the healers tent, begins to change, bone and muscle turning into a creature not natural in the order of nature, He transforms into a manbeast . But he is no werewolf unlike a werewolf this creature was stronger then a typical werewolf with Jaws full of teeth, He had the body teeth and fins of a shark as well as the tail of a shark. His appearance was that of a shark, but hunched version of a man. A mix of both as all werebeasts are. The werebeast attacks the healer teeth ripping her in half, the healer only stood in pure shock, not having the time to escape the threat that would take her life.

A somewhat famous werewolf hunter is also shocked when he saw the creature he was in the tent getting his hand bandaged because he nearly broke it with a close near death encounter with a werewolf a few hours earlier. After taking time to see the situation with one injured hand he takes his silver sword, and takes a torch with his injured hand. He manged to drive the creature back into the water. But not before he himself succumbed to death, because the creature ripped open one of his major blood vessels the man bled to death on the beach but not before saying, By the Divines I am going to be ended by a bloody wereshark. As people rushed up to help him those were his last words. The villagers look towards the water in fear. They feared that the creature might one day return to prey on the folks on the shoreline of their small fishing village.

I would like that, unfortunately I haven't seen a hero engine game do anything good with water.

ESO actually does not use the Hero Engine. It is only listed in the credits since they used that engine for testing while they developed their own engine from scratch:
Hi, folks. When we began development for ESO, we licensed the HeroEngine so that we could hit the ground running. We used it as a tool for things like area prototypes and design concepts so that we could begin honing the art style. HeroEngine was our whiteboard: a great tool to put our ideas in the game and seeing them while the production engine was in development.

Yes, as long as it doesn't involve any underwater combat or stuff like that in GW2.

No, as a khajiit i hate water
    No no no!

Why have a whole new zone that only the spiny lizard people can enjoy?

This one is disturbed you could even think of it.

Ugh. This one needs to go roll in a whole heap of warm sands to get rid of the nasty, soggy thoughts!

Sea-combat would be great, I think they need to bring innovative adventure zones in order to success anyway, if they are gonna keep adding Orsinium or Craglorn type of zones, it aint gonna cut it.

Speaking of Innovative Adventure Zones. I'd love to see some Dynamic Zone, take Rifts from Rift and make a zone around them, some unstable zone basically. Mounted Combat zone should be awesome. Exploration with a fog and no map access, so basically zone where you can really get lost, should be explorationers dream.

This explains even more why we have soo many issues. Anyway, unless they change the engine, sea dlc with sailable boats and sea combat won't ever happen.
Btw, The koreans and chinese have it in almost all of their games, even dinamic sea with small waves and tides, I wonder why an western AAA like ESO can't offer that.

DAOC had boats, pvp in water, barges to carry raids. They added a land bridge so you could take a short boat ride to many different locations in enemy territory or run there. Stealthers camping docks, etc.

The expansion TOA put many new pve zones above and below water.

It can be done, if an mmo that old had it, seems strange we haven't evolved much.

A sea dlc could include ship to ship combat and boarding enemy ships.
I just didn't mentioned it since they can't even handle cryodiil.

I would love to see some sea based pvp and pve implemented in the game. Idk what lore says about the eso "pirates/sailors" but it couldn't really be super lore breaking since if there is large bodies of water there is bound to be pirates but of corse they would be called something else...

Btw, is it viable to updade/upgrade/changing the game engine? Because ESO could actually make use of a new one. Even cheap Korean and Chinese MMORPG games have more features than ESO.

ESO's engine will have problems dealing with underwater content as it wasn't designed for this. I do think however it could be worth the development. Probably would be the most profitable expansion ever..and could be sold as a full expansion, not just a DLC

There would have to be several water "zones" but based on the size of Cyrodiil I think they could pull it off. In addition they would have to populate many island and underwater locations but adding naval combat PvP (think a Cyrodiil of the sea zone) and PvE would be a huge win for the team.

The land in Tamriel is limited. Including the oceans would open up so many possibilities of lost cities, etc.

    would be fun .

one thing I would hope they would do is add swimming and water enabled combat (fighting on the surface and underwater) to all zones in the game . just because I want to see a troll chasing somebody across a lake .

The quest in AD where you fight a horde of enemies aboard a ship and harpoon a giant sea serpent are among one of my favorite quests in the game. Added some spice and variety I think. Thus, I'd like to see more, and perhaps expand on that.
