Rapid Strikes with Tham and Mighty CP

Since rapid strikes is a dot, if you spec 100 cp into mighty and a good portion of remaining cp into thaumaturge, does the dps of rapid strikes compare to surprise attack, wrecking blow and puncture?
Or does it still suck?
I'm on console, so I can't test this.
Has anyone tested it?

✭✭If you don't have maelstrom weapons, rapid strikes won't be better. And putting points into thaumature instead of precise strikes can be a dps loss depending on your class.1 -

Rapid Strikes is decent DPS since the Imperial City update.
It is nowhere near close to useless like people say.
This is an old picture, but do you see? Rapid Stikes is 10k dps. TEN FING K. And this is with heavy weaves, so it could be even more
So next patch with thief's guild it will do even more dps bc thaumaturge change.

I have trouble using it in pvp especially. The other players just seem to hit way harder.
