The cp cap increase they announced equals 30min questing per day on average to always reach the cap when the next dlc is released.
Why should anyone grind 1-50? The only people that do this are those who want to play the fotm build, but need a new char to do so. When you're playing normally 1-50 is fun.lolo_01b16_ESO wrote: »Where does eso promote grinding (apart from bop gear)?

Oh the CP system is the only thing done right in term of grinding.
However LV1-LV50 and VR1-VR15 needs to be out-grinded as fast as possible....it is not rewarding at all to spend your time at any of those levels. The game starts to reward you at VR16 period - designed by ZOS.

That is one thing I'm looking forward to about BDO, the fact that leveling is done through combat, and the combat is heads above ESO which will make actual grinding monsters fun. One of the issues with grinding in ESO is that the combat is so boring and repetitive that it feels like a chore, but from what I've heard and read about BDO, there you actually have fun grinding because of the combat.

It strikes me this is basically what's behind so many feature requests, from "race change" to "make x account wide": can you please make it so I do not have to play your game?
Yea.. I am excited for that but by the eight if I have to go lore book and sky's hard hunting after I'm done rolling this toon I'm working on I might never make another person this will be the 6th time ):GeertKarel wrote: »This game shouldn't be about grinding, first time do some quests get some skillpoint collect shards lorebooks etc...
the removal of veteran mode will make it a lot easier to reach the final level. So the grinding is just a bit less.

lol ok let me fill in the blanks I guess,
the "leveling" part of the game is just that, it was never meant to be the "end game". you don't strive to max out your gear, stats, skills for the "leveling" part of the game. if you did you could just keep making alts.
A lot of people like pvp and with how the game is you can't do pvp without a maxed character to compete most of the timeMoonshadow66 wrote: »Oldmanlawlor wrote: »

That's basically what I did

The difference between vet 1 to vet 6 in stats is massive
The only reason I like grinding is because if I'm in the sewers I'm at least making money while I waste hours upon hours grinding
