Lower Craglorn Cave Delver - Rkundzelft

Submitted a bug report & have even talked with in-game support, yet after many patches this still hasn't been fixed. In the screenshot you will note having Rkundzelft Explorer for finishing the Rkundzelft delve (multiple times) and yet I am not receiving the tick for the Lower Craglorn Cave Delver achievement:

I have the same problem on the EU server. Already posted a /bug in game.

Having same issue as OP for a couple months - also on NA server. I redo that delve with every patch and the achievement never fires. Have submitted bug reports and chatted with a GM who said they could see in the system I completed the delve - just didn't get credit for it.
