How much GB space will Dark Brotherhood/ Thieve's Guild updates be?

I ask because the game is already around 47 GB , will these updates make it go like 60 GB? It's a bit too much

    69 GB

so the updates will be total +22 GB? that will make almost everyone uninstall it, if so small areas are that big in size then what about if they add a bigger area

Too much? I didn't think storage space was much of an issue these days.

High quality models, textures and sound require space. There is not much that can be done about it wihout lowering quality.

Indeed. And there are some, myself included, who wouldn't mind even higher resolution models and textures.

I was actually talking about ESO disk size yesterday with some guildies, I'm not sure what happened beacuse my ESO installation is 44gb at the moment. But on my old PC it was over 60gb (not just for me but for others as well) on my old PC/old installation. Maybe they did something to compression or something, but tbh it wasn't a problem when it took 60gb then and it won't be a problem when it starts taking up 60gb with DLCs either :)

Orsinium was 4gb, I reckon Dark Brotherhood will aproximately the same.

edit: come to think of it, it might have been beta client that was later updated to live client that took some 60gb+.

In the patch notes, it is said that the DLC's size is around 10-11 GB. This might still change until release, but not by much. Please note that more free space is temporarily needed for uncompressing patch data and applying it to the game files. The game's minimum system requirement concerning free HDD space is still 85 GB for a fresh install.

Yes but i've never seen another mmorpg with so big space and the most weird thing is that these areas aren't even big, the Thieve's guild new area is tiny yet its 10 GB , if they ever add a bigger area what the hell will happen will it go like 120 GB and surpass Star Citizen

On Xbox it's already 68 gigs. So I find it insanely unlikely that one new, rather small zone, will need the same amount of space as 1/7 of the whole game right now.

The zone isn't the only factor they have new NPC's, voice dialog, new armor, skill patches etc. 11 gigs sounds about right.
