Is there an 800 number or some other way to get phone support? My wife's account/plus membership seems to have been canceled and suspended without either of us choosing to cancel it.

I am in same situation for two days now.

There is only one number and you can sometimes get a "live" person there but she forwards you to Elder Scrolls Online which is automated response with 3 options.

Each going online for further assistance or submitting ticket and waiting.

I called several ZeniMax/Bethesda/ESO numbers that I managed to dig up online, all of which lead to the same menu options you are describing, Kullart. I never actually made it to a live person however.

Phone support, or heck, even chat support seems like it ought to be a basic part of this sort of business.
