After a week, my ticket was closed with a generic message not addressing my issue - Please help

Hello,

Support ticket 160211-000136, which I've been waiting a reply to for a week now, was closed with a generic answer stating that old tickets were being deleted, in order to assist with new ones. This is very disappointing - I need assistance changing my account from Canada to the US, as this is where I'm living now and where the billing address for my credit cards is.

I'll appreciate any assistance.

Clarification:

I inadvertently posted from my husband's account, thinking I had logged in with my character. My account name is Randy-Blue. The support ticket number is correct, though.

I'm in the same boat - my wife's ticket is regarding being stuck in WW form. First response was the typical generic one, no big deal, respond to keep the ticket open. The second response is essentially the same, saying sorry we can't get to your ticket but here's 50,000 gold, and blames winter storm Jonas.

This is some disappointing service. Needless to say we responded back saying that this is still not resolved.

You at least got some response. No gold...no nothing for me. And I've lost real money that I've paid for Crowns. Still no response on my ticket - but they sure sent a survey to see how they are doing.

I'm in the exact same boat; need to change US to AUS on my account because that's what my new billing address is...it's almost been a week though, trying to be patient but all these horror stories are making me afraid it'll be awhile before they take action >_<
