Going to be glad when shields have cast time

just make it so magelight makes you do 50% more damage against a shield while slotted and when activated removes all shields and prevents them being recast for 5 seconds

Why not give us a universal skill that can one shot anyone, regardless of class, race, armor type, damage mitigations, etc? Borderline what some of these suggestions equate to

Lol good luck killing a magicka sorcerer (a good one) with a bow. Why would he dodge roll anything you cast with a bow

I love it when people assume everyone is as bad as they are and give "advice" to beat players that a good player can kill by light attacking them.

Ummm no. Sorcs have 300 health regen. Shield down and poison attacks = death. Not hard at all. I've been a sorc since day one and pvp rank 32 now I know what I'm doing well and truly. And bows always always get you. Now all sorcs roll 800 magika regen. It's not hard to out sustain them. Spamming several shields and streak will empty the bar in under 1 min. It's you noobs that think all fights should end in 5s flat that are the problem. Good luck to you fighting a DK Emps. You've got no hope with your poor patience.

It's simple logic. Shield down? Recast. Either you're a bow user playing in BwB with 500 champion points or a really really bad magicka sorcerer. Maybe both. A good sorc never runs out of magicka btw.

Sorcs saying that people complaining about the most overpowered (confirmed on ESO live) ability in the game need to L2P.

All of the sorcs saying "L2P" are OBVIOUSLY fearing the potential change that NEEDS to happen, that will make shields not be the most OP abilities in game and force sorcs to actually L2P.

It really does. I thought it was cheesy at first, but after having trouble against shield stackers and Nightblades with healing ward popping in and out of stealth I had enough.
Adding it as a CP as well as the set is probably overkill, but I'll take what I can get against those damn shields.

Lol, Shield Breaker will probably be next up for the nerf bat seeing as there is now a CP tree designed to help bring the shield down. There should never have been a set that bypassed the shield entirely.

I think having wards function similar to major and minor buffs would be more of a fair solution. Similar to what a previous person suggested, only allowing for one ward to be up at a given time.

It would make more sense if they nerfed the CP passive instead of the set if anything. Besides, they've already said Shield Breaker is fine as it is and is doing its job. After all the fuss when it came out they obviously brought it up in a previous ESO Live.
