    Yeah you really gotta burst those special scamps down before they get away. And how the hell did you interrupt him twice??? Generally you can only do it once, then the next time they will port away regardless.

    You can interrupt them twice, on their third portal cast you cannot.

    You're either using a skill that's interrupting (or someone else), or catching them a bit late. You need to make sure you interrupt them with bash specifically when they try farting away.

    I thikn there should be a sound when Scamp Spawns, they are so annoying, I probably kill like 2-3 scamp out of 10.

    You can interrupt them twice per spawn cycle. They follow a path and stop at the same spot each time. If you find them on spawn then yes you can stun them twice. If you find them on the last part of thier cycle then it's impossible to stun them. Painful sometimes. I know where most of them are and if you've got no ulti or low on stam it's hard work. But damn I want two Hakiejo. Not that they are selling at the moment. 30k currently and I've got 3 up for 20k a pop.

    I hate when they spawn between 2 daedroth, a group of daedra and a sweeper walks by all at the same time. Usually I'll yolo it and try to take him out. It never ends well.

    It has been my experience that you can continue to interrupt them until they reach a wall and have run their course (i.e. have no where else to go). I have seen them spawn near a wall and not even be interrupter once (EP bloody claw loop). Conversely, I/we can often interrupt them more than once if I/we don't burst them quickly enough

    Here is the story. I HAD just been farming the Cyrodiil dailies in Scourge (PS4 EU), When we finished the third town a mate asked if he could have a hand with an IC quest. After the quest he headed to bed. I had a little 'scout arboreteum quest', so after doing that I decided I'd take the fun way home since i was just about to hit level 48. Going through the arena district I hit level 48. I dropped down to the Harena Hypogeum and that is where the encounter took place.

    Moral of the story, suicide may seem like the easy way out, but you just don't know what is around the next corner for you. :o
