"Song of Night" costume broken on Khajiit!

Tried to reach out to support and ask for a refund, and I get a reply saying they will not give me a refund... I have written a complaint back, hoping that they understand what poor customer service this is.... This one is saddened and annoyed by this outcome
Well now that's straight up rude. Can't help but wonder if they haven't received word from somewhere higher up to not give refunds since they know they 'done messed it up' and that people won't be happy. Good on you for writing back. I hope they realize soon that this is absolutely ridiculous to have happen.
Has there been any response to it or any mention of a fix anywhere? I sure hope we don't have to wait until Thieves Guild or even beyond before this is fixed.0 -

I have seen no mention of a fix anywhere, and the only ones saying that it will be fixed with the DLC are players who are just speculating O_o
Interesting update, I have now gotten a reply back to my "complaint" asking me to once again state which outfit I'm talking about, and they will then look further into the issue.... This is so tiring"
But if it's what it takes to get it fixed, I'll just have to endure

They decided to give me a refund!!! Thank god!
They still refuse to answer the question about when the costume will be fixed, so I'm guessing we'll have to wait until Thieves Guild DLC to find out (as it is apparently working perfectly on PTS).
If I hear anything else on the matter, I will be sure to make further updates "Feet are for walking. Hands are for hitting. Or shaking. Or waving. Sometimes for clapping."

Glad to hear it was cleared up for you and the refund went through. Hopefully if more people do that they'll learn to make sure in the future that they won't have any outfits that, you know, cut off the ears and hair of an entire race after costing $10. Maybe? Eh... Who am I kidding? Well, maybe they'll be able to get fixes out faster in the future-- Well, okay, at least we'll have voiced our displeasure in a meaningful way! Kinda.1 -

✭✭✭They also gave me a refund without any argument at all. Being polite and a little humorous goes a long way to getting something done. I bought that outfit on my high elf, and it worked fine on her, but I actually had bought it for my khajiit as it was her favourite colour. Such a shock to her system when her ears were hacked off! The meowing in disgust was LOUD!
Hopefully, this farce will be a wake-up call to ZoS to thoroughly test stuff BEFORE putting it out, especially when they're charging real money for these things. I made a lot of clothing and armour mods, including making the models as well, and I would have NEVER released anything that untested, ever - and I wasn't charging anything for mine! I know how tricky it is getting meshes into a game and working without doing something hilariously freaky, and this is why I TESTED them first!
Test, test, test, then test again, please!

I tried it on my Khajiit, knowing about the ear issue, but the freakish thing was that my NB has the three earrings jewelry and they're still there! They float, without ears! It's really, really creepy.
I had the same issue, no ears but floating earrings. I am so so glad I got that refund, as it was only my Khajiit who was going to use it.
