Due to the January’s recent snow storm, we have been unable to ensure that all of our customers have gotten answers as quickly as we had hoped.
At this point in time, many of our customers may have already found answers for their questions. In order to ensure that we provide help to our customers who still have issues, we are closing tickets that we believe to be already resolved.
With this in mind, if you have already found an answer to your question, please accept our apology for failing to get to you in a timely manner. We came in early, stayed late, and worked extra hours to try and catch up, but it wasn’t enough and we apologize.
