Crescent Sweep (Radial Sweep morph): Increased the bonus to the initial hit provided by this morph to 66% more damage dealt from 33%.

And now I'm wondering: should ZOS do the same thing to GDB/Coagulating? Increase the heal to 66% from 33%?

This is just damage control from last weeks discussion on ESO live.

Still no reason at all to slot this over Dawnbreaker Flawless gives a flat weapon bonus increase and Smighting still does more damage.

Im not sneezing at the buff Im just looking at it going, meh...

Its been suggested a dozen times by people with a much better pedigree then me, making it scale off physical damage i.e Leap would make it interesting.

But, then again Flawless Dawnbreaker should by physical damage Ult in my opinion to so, meh.

The initial hit of Cresent Sweep with this buff would be higher than that of Dawnbreakers, although the damage after is still slightly behind - if you can even get each tick to hit an enemy.

One of the issues with this ult its that requires an awful lot of positioning, if you are not close to enemies 100% of the time is wasted damage but you can't always be close to the enemies specially not when there is tons of them and you have the danger of killed by a red circle, the damage should be applied to them as a DoT or just direct damage.
    Some of my favorite screenshots
My opinions and posts are mostly on a PvE setting.

No matter the range,it still doesn't hit correctly. Add to the templars island of misfit skills
