Install PTS in different hard drive?

I have ESO installed on a SSD hard drive, which doesn't have enough space left for me to download PTS.
I do however have another normal hard disk with around 1TB left, plenty for PTS. However I don't see any choice to install PTS into a different directory from the ESO Launcher, which just tells me that I don't have enough space, Error104 to be precise, is that any work around to this?

Lonesniper✭✭✭Just install a new Launcher on the HDD and install the PTS only. That's how I did it.6
