Well, I am sure many of us want a necromancer class, as well as more skill lines.
Well the Necromancer class, would make a nice addition as a support class, summoning undead pulling zombies from the ground as well as skelitions summoning ghosts, summoning a flesh attronoch. I do think, they need to add ice magic for one of the skill lines in the necromancer tree, The first tree would be maybe auras and death abilties maybe useful for some form of self healing, the second skill line would be the Necromacy tree, while the third would be the ice skill line.

Guild that one could be able to join for speical passives or abilties depending on pve vanilla content

House Ravenwatch-(Conditions for offical joining being a vampire and also helping them out with dealing with problems in rivenspire and other areas do to the crisis there) this skill line would give abilties associated with vampirism so long as you are a vampire.
Lions guard-(more like passive abilties for melee damage)

There is this clan of bosmer you help out I don't know the name) (You have to choose an animal I would like to see this as a guild with passives to archery and also worshiping the animal you choice which gives the buff without having to go and reply it. for a possible skill line)

House Telvanni
- By helping them out in the quests that they are involved in.(Would give a skill line with magical abilties )

House Hlaalu - Would have passives for basically merchant stuff maybe useful for getting a better deal on items,(earned only by helping them out with the ashlanders in deshaan if you did not then you could get another chance for the skill line)

Eye's of the Queen(Your a member of the queens ring of spies you could get special abilties to like temp change into someone else by a gem abilty else to avoid a bounty, but if seen taking it off the bounty would then be put onto you as well as maybe having a speical abilty to have an ambassider statis)

There could be many others that is in the game that can be added as skill lines and joinable for guilds I just touched on what could be added put your imput on this down below.

Skilllines-
Spearing- allows you to wield spears and other weapons like that. (They do have the animations and spears already in game just not for players)

Hand to hand- unarmed combat abilties and buffs for fighting without any weapons and just your fists or claws.

Acrobatics and athletics- this skill line would improve jumping, swimming an running as well as decreasing fall damage.

Crossbows- allows you to use crossbows and other weapons

Mysticism/alteration- gives you abilties like levitation (this would only raise you off the ground as a toggle and as you move you lose magical and then you fall back down if you don't toggle it off. Magical shielding against certain elements.

Werebeast conditions

Wereshark- turn into a Wereshark (*Wants this one I want the most*)

Werebear- Turn into a werebear

Wereboar- Turn into a wereboar

Werecrocodile- Turn into a werecrocodile

Werelion- Transform into a werelion

Werebat-Transform into a werebat

Wereraven-Turn into a wereraven

Well, I am sure many of us want a necromancer class, as well as more skill lines.
    Well the Necromancer class...
...would be vexing for a lot of old players if it was added as new class. While I too would like to see it, I would also feel very annoyed if I had to make a new character to enjoy new classes adt this point where I played eight characters into the veteran ranks, and some character ideas might have been much better represented with possible new classes.
And that's why I came up with my often mentioned Class Morph Idea in the first place - to add "new classes" in a way both old players who already maxed their character slots and new players who just start their first characters can appreciate.
Guild that one could be able to join for speical passives or abilties depending on pve vanilla content
...would need to be balanced so they don't become a "must have or you'll be thrown out from groups" thing (thus, no general combat-related boni from any of those - local "this map only" boni on the other hand would be possible) or an "extra goodies for this alliance only"...
...but might be a possibility. There are some groups we encounter and join in basic questlines that could be pepped up with an extra skill line... like the Ash'abah, or Brackenleaf Briars... and some more we hear about, which could be refitted as joinable faction... though there are some more where it wouldn't make much sense... (like, military units, when we already have "military" PvP skill lines...)
If anything, then there would need to be matching sets of possibilities for every alliance.
Which might be doable... say, for example, some "Nature Defender" passives line could be available to EP characters from Argonian treeminders, for DC chareacters from Wyress Sisters, and for AD characters from Bosmer Spinners... an "Undead Hunter" passives line could be given out by dunmer vampire hunters like Mel Adrys (remember him from Greenshade?) or by the Ash'abah of Alik'r, or the Resolutes of Stendarr somewhere in DC lands... while there might be a "spy" passives line you could get by joining the Ring of Daggers, or the Eyes of the Queen (though you sort of do that anyways just plodding through the AD main plot, as associate member at least), or from that cheerful fellow Thrush with the Hidden Armigers... et cetera.

Personally I would much rather see passives lines dealing with Worship in Tamriel. We kinda have two of them already (since werewolf is bacisally worshipping Hircine and vampire is basically swearing off both aedra and daedra), but there could be some advantage to praying to Stendarr, or worshipping Nocturne...
    Skilllines-
...would always be a good thing to be added, but also need a good deal of balancing work. Worth it though IMO.
    Spearing
Call it "polearms" and make it for two-handed long weapons and its worth a new skill line. There are several Aedric Spear" animations that could be reused foir this...
    Hand to hand
Yes, but I would want to see this do a mere fraction of the damage any proper weapon does. There is a reason even trained martial artists picked up a weapon when fighting in a war after all (have you ever tried punching someone wearing medieval armor? my fingerbones hurt just from the idea...)... and even with "brawling weapons" like brass knuckles, punch daggers, cesti, katar, tigers claws, whatever, this should at best do -half- the sheer damage then even a dagger would (which technically is more the size of a short sword anyhow), but make up for it with a lot opf CC options due to using wrestling moves that would work equally well against unarmored opponents and people in full plate...
    Acrobatics and athletics
Oh, Definitely! I've been wanting that for quite a while... also, add a stamina cost to jumping and swimming just like we have for running, then add those skills to migrate those costs...
    Crossbows
...are not worth a new skill line, just add them as alternate weapon option to the current skill line (maybe rename it "marksmanship" or something?) Possibly with a bit of difference - say, more armor penetration, but a reload time after each shot...

And while looking at ranged stamina weapons... add slings as well, less damage then bows, but those stones and lead bullets a trained slinger could fire were no joke in warfare, back in ancient times (might even have an instan-kill chance against giants... ;) ) And with magic thrown into the mix... (maybe, less physical damage, but some additional effect from the hefty impact for every attack... disorient chance, or something like that?)
    Mysticism/alteration
These skill lines have sort of been subsumed into class skills in ESO... or rather, have not yet been formed into their school of magic I suppose considering the timeline.

Still, an "alteration" weapon skill line for giving everyone some support skills might be worth consideration...
    Werebeast conditions
    Are a possibility!
Right now we only have werewolves to infect people with werewolf strain... but there is no reason other options might not be refitted elsewhere as thery release more and more DLCs.

Can't really see them doing any weresharks until they release some ocean-ic DLC. Which might come someday in the far future... but so far it'd not even be on the radar at this point...
