Sold Perfect Roe x2 for 1,700g typed 17,000 gold. Gamepad Beta UI Glitch?

I recently sold Perfect Roe x2 for 1,700 gold, I meant to sell it for 17k. I'm 100% positive I typed three zeros, I was extra cautious it was 17,000 because I almost sold it the first time for 8.5 for x2.
Is there any way I can get my Perfect Roe refunded or my 17k Gold? I messaged the person who bought the item but they ignored me and refused to respond, acknowledging they knew they ripped me off.

✭If it is a bug, then it's not up the the buyer to refund you, but Zenimax. You should write at ticket about this issue, and report it as a bug too.0
